If you do not see the login panel (Username:  Password:) you will need to download Macromedia Flash Player from here and follow the installation instructions.

If having done the above you are faced with a blank page after login, go to Tools, Internet Options/Security/Custom Levels and select (enable) 'Allow META Refresh'.
